Delete Your Account

You can delete your DriveLens account and the data we store for it at any time. This page applies to the DriveLens Android app (com.drivelens.app).

Option 1: in the app

1. Open DriveLens and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You will then be asked whether to also clear the history stored on your phone. Deleting the app removes the local copy too.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@drivelens.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my DriveLens account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (Google Sign-In link, name and email).
• Your driver and vehicle profile and preferences.
• Synced shifts, rides, expenses and notes.
• Any shift-data files you chose to share.

What may remain

• Subscription and payment records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, which are governed by their own policies. Cancel an active subscription in Google Play to stop billing; deleting your account does not cancel it.
• Anonymous crash reports kept by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited time.
• Records we are legally required to keep.
